Frequently Asked Questions and other important details at Speckle Rock.

It's understandable that you may have questions before you order, or may want to know more about the purchase process. This important page is here to answer your questions (FAQs) and inform you of other details.

FAQs:

  • How long until my order ships?
    All of the items at Speckle Rock are custom printed. This means that your order is produced only after you purchase. The official quote is 2-7 business days. Normally though, most items are produced within about 3 business days.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is a flat rate of only $3.00. If your order totals $49.00 or more, your shipping is FREE.
  • How long does delivery take?
    About 2-7 business days. Different carriers are used for shipping, so delivery times differ based on many factors. Be certain you don't use a P.O. Box for your shipping address as any carrier can be used to deliver your package.
  • Where are my item(s) made? 
    The base product of some items are obtained from other countries including China. In a perfect world I'd prefer EVERYTHING be USA involved and derived.
    HOWEVER, I have made sure that the final production or printing is done through USA located partners utilizing USA workers.
  • There's something wrong with my order, can I get it replaced?
    In the rare instance that something is wrong, I will definitely work with you to get your item(s) that are damaged or defective replaced. I strive for happy customers. :)

  • I don't want my item(s) anymore, can I return them?
    I apologize, but I cannot accept returns or give refunds for buyer's remorse. Please be sure you want your item(s) before you purchase.
  • My shirt doesn't fit, can I return it for a different size?
    In most cases I cannot accept a return/exchange for a shirt size. All shirts and apparel are made/printed to order and all sizes are outlined by measurements on the product pages below the descriptions. Please pay close attention to sizes. It is also indicated if you should likely order 1 or 2 sizes up for a looser fit. Please keep this in mind before ordering.
  • I like a design, but I might want it on a different product type. Can I request this?
    Absolutely. Contact me (Amy) at support@specklerock.com to see if your request can be accommodated. I may be able to make the change and post your product for you to purchase.
  • I like a design, but I might want to have a pattern or a solid color in a different color in a design. Can I request this?
    Absolutely. Contact me (Amy) at support@specklerock.com to see if your request can be accommodated. I may be able to make the change and post your product for you to purchase.
  • Can I call and speak to someone on the phone?
    I greatly apologize but because of a disability there is no voice line. All customer service will be handled via email at support@specklerock.com or online Chat. I am happy to help you with anything you need. I typically reply within 1 - 24 business hours. I believe communication and high quality customer service is most important.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • These are printed designs. There are no glued, embossed, metallic, or reflective elements or inks.
  • Customer service, operations, and designing are located in Pennsylvania. Production and shipping locations are located in California, Colorado, Missouri, and North Carolina.
  • PRINT CARE INSTRUCTIONS for most shirts: 
    Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
    • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
    • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
    • Do not dry clean.
