It's understandable that you may have questions before you order, or may want to know more about the purchase process. This important page is here to answer your questions (FAQs) and inform you of other details.

FAQs:

  • How long until my order ships?
    Everything is carefully custom printed and produced upon ordering, just for you!
    Please see individual product pages for current turnaround times.

  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is free at SpeckleRock.com. 

  • How long does delivery take?
    About 5-12 business days (typical estimate unless an upgrade is available). Different carriers are used for shipping, so delivery times differ based on many factors. Be certain you don't use a P.O. Box for your shipping address as any carrier can be used to deliver your package. You are responsible for your shipment if it cannot be delivered to the address you provide.

  • Where are my item(s) made? 

    In the USA!
    The base product/material of some items are sourced from other countries including China. In a perfect world I'd prefer every aspect of the products have a USA origin. The goal is to someday have this be so.
    I have, however, made sure that the final production or printing is done through USA located partners utilizing USA workers, thus shipped from USA locations to you.

  • There's something wrong with my order, can I get it replaced?
    In the rare instance that something is wrong, I will definitely work with you to get your item(s) that are damaged or defective replaced. I strive for happy customers. :)

  • I don't want my item(s) anymore, can I return them?
    • If for some reason you are unhappy with your order but there is nothing wrong with it, please note:
    ◦ Custom/personalized orders cannot be returned.
    ◦ You will be required to pay to ship it to the return address provided at the time of your request, so long as the item is in perfect "new" condition.
    ◦ Must be within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

  • I like a design, but I might want it on a different product type. Can I request this?
    Absolutely. Contact me (Amy) at support@specklerock.com to see if your request can be accommodated. I may be able to make the change and post your product for you to purchase or send a custom invoice to you.

  • I like a design, but I might want to have a pattern or a solid color in a different color in a design. Can I request this?
    Absolutely. Contact me (Amy) at support@specklerock.com to see if your request can be accommodated. I may be able to make the change and post your product for you to purchase or send a custom invoice to you.

  • Can I call and speak to someone on the phone?
    I have several ways in which I can assist you, but because of a disability there is no voice line. All customer service will be handled via email at support@specklerock.com, text message, or online chat on the Speckle Rock Facebook page. I am happy to help you with anything you need. I typically reply within 1 - 24 business hours. I believe communication and high quality customer service is most important.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

  • These are printed designs. There are no glued, embossed, metallic, or reflective elements or inks unless specifically stated as so.

  • Sales and discounts announced for Speckle Rock are only applicable to products purchased through specklerock.com. They are not applicable to offsite purchases of Speckle Rock designed products through the Zazzle and Spoonflower sites.
     
  • Customer service, operations, and designing are located in Pennsylvania. Production and shipping locations are located in California, Colorado, Georgia, Missouri, South Dakota, and North Carolina. Other locations within the US may be added as the product offering expands.

  • Please be aware that every monitor and printer is calibrated differently resulting in slight variations from what appears on the screen. Product type and product color may also affect the printed color upon final printed output, which could mean that if you order different "matching" products, the design may vary in appearance. Speckle Rock is not responsible for these variations.

PLEASE NOTE: Information is applicable to SpeckleRock.com. A few products are linked to availability at sites like Zazzle.com and Spoonflower.com. Speckle Rock's policies and quotes are not applicable to those products. Please see the affiliated site for details.
